By accessing and using Cashlite ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Cashlite per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Cashlite at any time.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Storage

Cashlite stores your financial data securely. You retain all rights to your data. We will not share, sell, or distribute your personal financial information to third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App:

For any unlawful purpose
To violate any laws in your jurisdiction
To infringe upon our intellectual property rights
To transmit any malicious code or harmful content

The materials in Cashlite are provided on an 'as is' basis. Cashlite makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Cashlite or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Cashlite.

8. Modifications

Cashlite may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this App, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
